How do I cancel my order?

To provide fast shipping, Claw Pill begins processing orders as soon as they are placed. Because of this, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Where is Claw Pill located?

Claw Pill is proudly based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Online orders are shipped from our fulfillment facilities in the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During high-volume periods, including sales, product launches, and holidays, processing may take up to 6 business days unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items have an estimated shipping date listed in your order confirmation email.

Please note:

  • If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.

  • To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.


Shipping & Returns

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

All USA and Canada orders include tracking.


My tracking number hasn't updated yet.

Tracking labels are created before packages are picked up by the carrier.

Once your package has been collected, tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at info@clawpill.com.


Incorrect shipping information

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.

Because orders begin processing immediately, we are unable to change addresses once an order has been submitted.

If an incorrect address was entered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to request a reroute.


Refused packages

Packages that are refused by the recipient and returned to our facility will have the original shipping costs deducted from any store credit issued.


Lost or stolen packages

If your package exceeds the delivery timeframes listed below, please contact our Customer Experience Team so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Delivery timeframe before a claim may be filed:

  • USA: 21 days

  • Canada: 21 days

  • International: 45 days

  • Italy: 60 days

Claims submitted before these timeframes may be rejected by the shipping carrier.

For packages marked as "Delivered," shipping charges are non-refundable.


Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds.

Eligible regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • Nails must be unopened, unused, and unworn.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items must be in the same condition they were received.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Claw Pill does not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

My order arrived damaged.

If your package arrives damaged or you believe a product is defective, please email info@clawpill.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and/or packaging

If the product is determined to be defective, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


International Orders

What language should my order be placed in?

All orders must be submitted in English.


How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping rates vary based on destination and order size.

Your shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


Will I have to pay customs or duties?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Claw Pill is not responsible for customs charges incurred after shipment.


What currency are orders processed in?

All Claw Pill orders are processed in USD (United States Dollars).


What happens if my international package is returned?

International packages returned to our facility will be eligible for store credit only.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
