Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
If you are unsatisfied with a regular-priced item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be returned in the same condition in which they were received

Be accompanied by the original packing slip
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened press-on nail products cannot be returned.

All returns must be shipped with a valid tracking number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Claw Pill does not provide prepaid return labels.
We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage and using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or stolen in transit.
Store Credit Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
Eligible returns will receive store credit for the value of the returned item(s).
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved and processed.
Sale Items
All sale items, discounted products, promotional purchases, and bundles are final sale.
These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the product is determined to be defective, Claw Pill may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the same item at our discretion.
