Shipping & Delivery
General Information
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 2–4 business days. During sales, product launches, and holiday periods, processing times may increase to up to 6 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Pre-Orders
Orders containing a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.
Claw Pill is not responsible for customs fees or import charges incurred after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
Due to our fast processing times, address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, store credit will be issued for the value of the products only. Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered during checkout are not eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Tracking Information
All USA and Canada orders include tracking.
International shipping options may vary by destination. Tracking availability will be displayed during checkout.
Claw Pill is not responsible for lost packages or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
Sale Items
All sale items, promotional purchases, bundles, and discounted products are final sale.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, changed, or canceled.
Returns
We do not offer refunds.
Regular-priced items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
To qualify for a return:

Press-on nails must be unused, unworn, and unopened.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Claw Pill does not provide prepaid return labels.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for returns lost or stolen during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for store credit to be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
If your package exceeds the delivery timeframes listed below, please contact our Customer Care Team to begin a carrier investigation.
Delivery Timeframes

Canada: 21 days

International: 45 days
Claims submitted before these timeframes may be denied by the carrier.
Packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refunds.
Refused Shipments
Packages refused by the recipient may be subject to original shipping charges and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any store credit issued.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may ship the remaining items in your order and refund the unavailable product(s) to your original payment method.
