Please note that all pre-order dates are estimated and subject to change.

If your order contains one or more pre-order items, your entire order will be held and shipped once the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or combined with another order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Adding or removing items

• Adjusting quantities

• Removing pre-order items

• Changing shipping information

Pre-Order Availability

Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submitting a pre-order does not guarantee immediate shipment, but it does reserve inventory from the incoming production batch.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. This secures your selected styles and reserves your items from the upcoming shipment.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time begins once your order has shipped from our fulfillment facility.

Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 4–10 Business Days

• Canada: 5–12 Business Days

• International: 4–21 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing times.
